What year did you begin attending GBCC and what brought you here:  I think 2007.  We were looking for a church to call ours and once we found GBCC, we never left.

When did you accept Christ.  Briefly describe the circumstances:   As a teenager, I did ask Jesus into my heart.  I was confirmed at our church, but after that, I never really did anything to further my relationship with God.  I just was living life the way I wanted to until my wife and I wanted to start a family and initially we couldn’t.  I started praying that God would bless us with children.  After 2 years and lots of prayers, our first child was on the way! I then wondered how and what I would tach my family about God because I had never read the Bible myself.  Through that process, I read the Bible twice, we found GBCC, God has blessed us with 4 beautiful children, and I’ve grown to know Jesus as my personal Lord and Savior.

What energizes you about serving as a Shepherd Elder:   I’m excited to be serving the families of GBCC through Middle school ministry (MSM) and also to do my part as the body of Christ and serve as a Shepherd Elder.  I’m also a little nervous.

Free-time activities:  I love to be outdoors, hunting, fishing and I also love making things and fixing things with my hands.
