OWLS (50+)

  • Welcome to OWLS - Older, Wiser, Livlier Saints! 

    OWLS is a new community group that seeks to serve those 50+. We welcome anyone, single or married. Our aim is to build strong relationships through fun, fellowship, and meaningful outreach in our church and in our community. 


    Weekly meetings on Sunday morning, 10am currently in the office area off the main lobby.

CONNECT & SERVE

  • This is a group of adults seeking fellowship, including opportunities to study God's Word, serve others, and socialize together. 


    Single or married adults looking to connect more, know others, and be known in the church are welcome! During our meeting times we study the Bible and plan our serving and social events.

    This group will begin Wednesday, January 8th, 2025 from 6:00pm-7:30pm at GBCC.

MARRIAGE MATTERS

  • Marriage Matters is a weekly meeting for married couples of any age and any season of marriage.  It’s designed to give you the time, space and context to strengthen their marriage. Childcare is available through our children's department (only during the school year). Couples can join at any time, but it is encouraged to commit to a series of  content that can last approximately 5 weeks. Content will be a curated collection of experts on a variety of topics to dive into the areas that couples need the most.

GBCC SINGLES

  • Group for single adults that give singles an opportunity to get together as friends, continue to learn about God and have some fun!

    There are currently no activities scheduled for GBCC Singles. If you're interested in planning an activity or starting a Bible study, please reach out!

  • We have classes that range from birth to adult. We start with a meal in the gym and then breakout to your designated groups!

    The next round of Wednesday night kids programming, adult classes, and groups will kick off January 8, 2025.

    Dinner is offered 5pm-5:45pm. Classes begin at 6pm-7:30pm.

  • We believe everyone should have the chance to explore the Christian faith, ask questions and share their point of view. Alpha is run over the course of 11 weeks and includes food, talks, and conversation.

    Alpha begins Wednesday, January 29, 2025 - April 9, 2025 from 6:30-8:15pm at Station 1 Brewing Co. in Suamico.

  • Navigate is a Spiritual matters framework to find your God- given gift. This class helps people understand the Biblical teachings about gifts, and how to discern the spiritual gift you have. Upcoming dates:

    1-Day Group: Saturday, March 15th at GBCC from 8am-3pm

  • Expect honest conversation about being a woman in leadership, a safe space to share your experiences, support from women who are with you rather than fixing you, curated discussions on relevant topics, time to process and share your feelings, and the opportunity to build authentic relationships within our community.

practicing the way

  • We found the 8-week Practicing the Way course by John Mark Comer to be a great foundation builder for your faith. It helps you establish a weekly rhythm of learning about the ways of Jesus within a community. You'll practice your own spiritual disciplines and deepen your relationship with God regularly.

    This group will begin Wednesday, January 8th, 2025 from 6:00pm-7:30pm at GBCC.

    Future groups will begin March 5th and then another will begin in June.

financial peace

  • If you’re looking for practical help with managing your finances, setting financial goals, or becoming debt-free, join the upcoming Financial Peace University class at Green Bay Community Church.

    This 9-week course runs from January 6th to March 3, 2025, and meets every Monday night from 6:00pm to 7:30 PM in the conference room at GBCC.

  • Having already discovered your spiritual gift through Navigate, this course is designed for those who want to deepen their understanding and fully embrace their gift.

    This group is only meant for those who already completed Navigate!

BIBLE STUDIES

tuesday YOUNG ADULTS CO-ED

  • Hey, if you’re post-high school, young adult looking to plug into a community of believers, you’ve come to the right place.

    We’ll be meeting weekly for connection, Bible study, and hangouts.  Meets Tuesday nights at 6:30 pm at Green Bay Community in the Connect Lounge off the main lobby.

WEDNESDAY MORNING WOMENS

  • This group meets most Wednesday mornings from 9:30-11:15 am in the GBCC Chapel. All women are welcome!

MENS thursday NIGHTS

  • The Thursday night Bible study meets weekly for fellowship, scripture reading, discussion and prayer. We read through different books of the Bible, line by line and the attendees select the books to be studied. The pace of the study is based upon the depth of the discussion. Any and all men are welcome to attend at any time. 

    This group is currently meeting in person at GBCC in the Fish Tank from 6:30-8:30pm and will continue meeting throughout the year.

  • This Sunday afternoon women's Bible study meets each week for fellowship, Bible study, and prayer. 

    Meets in the Fish Tank(214) on Sundays at noon.
