DIRECTOR OF HOSPITALITY

This position is responsible for recruiting, training, leading, and developing the hospitality volunteer teams in their efforts to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere to everyone who enters the doors of GBCC. The Director of hospitality oversees all areas of breakfast, coffee, communion, and guest relations teams (ie. Greeters, Room Seaters, Info Desk, etc). This position also works directly with the kitchen leads in planning, ordering, and executing the meals and scheduling of the kitchen volunteer staff for Sunday morning breakfast and events

facilities lead

The primary purpose of the Facilities Lead is to ensure a clean and safe environment at Community by performing indoor and outdoor maintenance, repair, and custodial tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Facilities Lead also maintains inventory supplies, completes resource set up requests and works with rental guests. This position is one member of the Facilities Team that work occasional early and/or late shifts to ensure all tasks are completed, and that volunteer teams are developed. The facilities Lead will assist in all facility related projects as they arise.
