children’s classroom update

Beginning this Sunday, October 19, Community will no longer have classrooms open for Children's programming for 1st - 5th graders during the 8am service ONLY. Your children are welcome to sit with you in the main service during that hour, or you can come to the 10am service when all rooms birth - 5th grade are open with Children's programming. Thank you for understanding. Please pray with us that people step into the space with willing hearts, and that we can fill our volunteer roles so our kids can experience church in a way that is tailored to them.

GENEROSITY REPORT

〰️

GENEROSITY REPORT 〰️

At GBCC, we see giving as an act of worship to the Lord. Giving also provides an opportunity for the church to make an impact for the Kingdom of God in our community. In Proverbs chapter 3 verse 27 it says, "Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to act." This past week we are happy to share that our Feed My Starving Children Mobile Pack was able to gather 3,307 volunteers from 10 churches to pack 3,132 boxes of food equating to 676,512 meals to feed 1,843 children for an entire year! Thank you for your prayers and contributions that helped make this happen!

As we work together to fulfill our mission in Green Bay, we want to keep you more regularly informed about our financial journey. Currently, we are on average approximately $2,200 short of our weekly budget goal. Each week we will inform you of where we stand. For the week of October 9th
• Total giving was $33,973—about $4,500 below our target.

In the coming months, we are praying that God will raise up new regular givers to join us in supporting the important work of the Kingdom here in Green Bay. Your contributions truly make a difference in advancing our mission and serving our community! The German priest and theologian Martin Luther once said, “The heart of the giver makes the gift dear and precious." Would you join us in praying for hearts to be opened to generosity within our community?
Thank you for your commitment and passion for our church!
