GENEROSITY REPORT
〰️
GENEROSITY REPORT 〰️
At GBCC, we see giving as an act of worship to the Lord. Giving also provides an opportunity for the church to make an impact for the Kingdom of God in our community. In Proverbs chapter 3 verse 27 it says, "Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to act." As we work together to fulfill our mission in Green Bay and reach our December giving goal, we want to keep you regularly informed about our financial journey. We are happy to share that so far we have been able to raise $78,026 towards our $341,000
December goal to: -Support our Local Refugee Missional Partners at the Sawa Sawa Collective & New Start Services -Reach our Monthly Budget and Eliminate the Fiscal Year Budget Gap -Complete the Next Phase of our Roof repairs -Fund the architectural design of a Miracle League Field Thank you for your prayers and contributions that helped make this happen!
Currently, we are on average approximately $1,800 short of our weekly budget goal. Each week we will inform you of where we stand. For the week of December 11th • Total giving was $31,440 -- about $7,000 below our target. We’ve recently added 27 new givers, and in the coming months we are praying that God will raise up 23 additional new regular givers to join us in supporting the ministry of GBCC.
Your contributions truly make a difference in advancing our mission and serving our community! The German priest and theologian Martin Luther once said, “The heart of the giver makes the gift dear and precious." Would you join us in praying for hearts to continue to be opened to generosity within our community?
