Deadlines & Lead Times

To ensure quality and proper planning, requests must be submitted before the minimum lead time listed below:

  • Website Update: 2 work days before desired on website.

  • Weekly Email: Submit by EOD Tuesday for inclusion in the upcoming Thursday email.

  • Social Media Post: 1–2 weeks before post date (as other things do get planned, this way we can fit it in where is best)

  • Digital Graphic Design (flyers, slides, social graphics, etc.):

    • Update to existing graphic: 4-5 work days

      • Original/New Design: 10 work days 

      • Printed Materials (posters, brochures, postcards, stickers, etc.):

        • Small scale outsourced (postcards, business cards, stickers, etc.): 10-15 work days

          • In house signage (large format, banner, 22x28, weather proof): 10 work days 

  • Large Campaigns / Major Events (church-wide events, baptisms, large projects, groups kick off, GLS, etc.): 6-8 weeks before event

To give your ministry the best support, while balancing all requests, your requests must be submitted by the deadlines listed above. IF your request is past the deadlines above, please connect with Sydney to discuss options!
