What year did you begin attending GBCC and what brought you here:
We started attending GBCC about 15ish/16ish years ago. At that time we had just gotten married and we loved the children’s ministry and family feeling of GBCC.
When did you accept Christ. Briefly describe the circumstances:
I grew up in the catholic church in Francis Creek. I was an alter boy, weekly church attender, and taught catechism classes as I got older. Faith was always part of my life. During my college years I drifted away but once my wife and I got married we decided to intentionally point our lives back toward God. In 2016 I made my outward proclamation and got baptized as and adult!
What energizes you about serving as a Shepherd Elder:
I love being part of the body and serving others! From serving in children’s, to volunteering for Restore retreats, to gathering with dads and families centering around God. That is what fills me up, to love others just as I am fully loved!
Free-time activities:
Woodworking, home building, fishing, hunting, serving others, camping, making maple syrup, and traveling.
