Garrick is a middle school teacher at Franklin Middle School. Originally from Michigan City, Indiana, Garrick has been attending Green Bay Community Church since 2015. He and his wife, Rebecca, have been married for eight years and are blessed with four children, including his son, Austin, his daughter, Jessalin, and two stepdaughters. They also have four grandchildren.

Garrick came to know Christ about 11 years ago after meeting Rebecca. Through their relationship and journey together, God became an important part of his life. Since attending GBCC, he has continued to grow in his faith and relationship with Christ. His faith guides his decisions, relationships, work, and desire to help others discover who God is and navigate the challenges of everyday life.

Garrick has always enjoyed serving and mentoring others, including coaching football at Southwest High School, where he has had the opportunity to encourage student-athletes both on and off the field. He is energized by the opportunity to continue serving others as a Shepherd Elder.

In his free time, Garrick enjoys golfing, exercising, watching sports—especially college football—and continuing to grow spiritually and personally.
